Cleaning Supervisor | Caledon Country Club
Join our team at the Caledon Country Club located at 2121 Olde Base Line Rd, Inglewood, Ontario! We’re looking for a dependable Cleaning Supervisor to maintain cleanliness and ensure our facilities shine for our guests.
Schedule: 40 hours | 5 days a week | Wednesday to Sunday, (Mon and Tue – days off)
Wage: $34.07/hr
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist cleaners in performing duties
• Schedule work shifts
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Manage supplies like towels and toiletries
• Dust furniture
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Coordinate activities with other departments
• Recommend repairs or services
• Supervise and support workers
• Address complaints
Employment requirements
o Completion of secondary school is usually required.
o Previous experience in a particular area of cleaning is usually required.
o Previous supervisory experience may be required.
Required Skills
Strong leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety regulations are essential for efficiency.
